How do I install the Chrome extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "SubHunt" or click the "Get Extension" button on our homepage. Click "Add to Chrome" and the extension will be installed automatically. Once installed, click the extension icon and sign in with your SubHunt account.
How many keywords can I track?
Free users can track up to 3 keywords. Pro users can track up to 25 keywords, and Business users have unlimited keyword tracking. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.
How does the AI reply suggestion work?
Our AI feature uses your own OpenAI API key to generate contextual reply suggestions. Simply add your API key in the settings, and when viewing a Reddit post, click the AI suggestion button to get a draft reply. This keeps your data private and gives you full control.
Can I use SubHunt on mobile?
The SubHunt dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. However, the Chrome extension is only available on desktop Chrome browsers. We're working on mobile solutions for the future.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked - but we'd love to hear your feedback!
Is my data private and secure?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. We never post on your behalf, and all AI features use your own API key so data stays private. We only store the data you explicitly save, and you can delete your account and all data at any time.
What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?
Free plan includes 3 keywords, 50 saved posts, and basic features. Pro adds 25 keywords, 500 saved posts, SEO finder, analytics, and priority support. Business includes unlimited everything plus team features and API access.
How often are keyword mentions updated?
Our system checks for new mentions every 15 minutes. Pro and Business users get near real-time monitoring with checks every 5 minutes. Email notifications are sent immediately when new mentions are found.
